Politeen Magazine is digital literary magazine based in New York City for the with a focus on cultivating responses to current events, politics, the arts and pop culture through the teen perspective. Politeen was founded as a digital magazine by 16-year-old writer Jillian on August 12, 2018. Inspired by the likes of arthoecollective, rookiemag and teeneye, she sought to create a magazine that would showcase underrepresented narratives in the political and art world and bring them to light. With every contribution, Politeen Magazine becomes that inclusive platform that everyone feels they can relate to.
